Refund Policy

Returns - U.K. & International

We hope you love our creations and don’t feel the need to return them. However, if you do for any reason, we aim to make the process as simple as possible and complimentary.

The return period is within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. If the item(s) is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund.

To complete your return, simply email us at returns@dirtylaundrystudio.com stating your order number and reason for the return. We will take care of the rest.

On receipt of your email, we will offer to have our mail courier collect the item(s) from your preferred address or you can decide to take the item(s) to any Post Office or Royal Mail Service Point with a copy of the returns label which we will email to you. Please note, you will need to ensure the item(s) is properly packed for shipment.

 

Refunds 

Our aim is to action your refund as soon as we have received and checked the return item(s). We are unable to make refunds on item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment card within 5 days of us receiving the return item(s). Note: Some payment providers can take up 14 days to credit your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


International tax, duty, charges and delivery refund

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the UK, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid. You will be refunded the tax free price of the products returned.
